Dad makes his own suit

My crazy dad finally got his suit fitting today, we all had ours two weeks ago - he couldn't make it, so instead sent these detailed measurements.
He'd measured everything, even the cuff size, but forgot to include the neck (I added it later).

I'm thinking of making this suit and selling it to Will Smith. Not sure if he'll warm to the balloon skirt detail.
